TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations require a deposit:
1- One night’s accommodation for stays of 1-3 nights – Two night’s accommodation for stays of 4 or more nights.
2- Payment with credit card: We accept Visa or MasterCard only. We will charge the full stay to your credit card 9 days before your arrival.
3- Cash Payment: 50% deposit, the balance due must be paid 9 days before your arrival.
4- Weekly entire villa rentals require 60% downpayment at the time of reservation and the balance due per arrangement. We do not accept personal or traveler checks. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1- 100% refund of deposit if you notify us 20 days or more before your arrival date – 50% refund of deposit if you notify us 10-19 days before your arrival date – NO refund of deposit if you notify us 9 days or less before your arrival date. No refund of deposit if you notify us less than 14 days before arrival for Christmas, New Year and Easter bookings. No refunds at all for reservations over Christmas, New Year and Easter Weeks. The mandatory Hotel and Tourist Industry tax imposed by the government of 13.00% will be added to your accommodation bill.
